CANCELLATIONS

Due to the way our system processes orders, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes updates to billing or shipping addresses and any changes to items. We appreciate your understanding.

ORDER TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please use this number to check the status of your delivery. Keep in mind that Barefoot Living® can only see the same tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. If there hasn’t been an update to your tracking status after two weeks, feel free to reach out to hello@barefootlivingco.com for assistance.
