We hope you are delighted with your purchase. Please get in touch with us immediately upon order receipt with any questions, damages, or issues with your order. All returns must be complete within 30 days of ordering. We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

All merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original receipt. We cannot be responsible for shipping fees on exchanged or returned items. Once your return has been received, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Thank you!

Our return policy is valid for 30 days and applies to all items except those listed below. Since each piece is custom made to order, returns are eligible for store credit only. We appreciate your understanding!

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the way our system processes orders, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes updates to billing or shipping addresses and any changes to items. We appreciate your understanding.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please email your order number, shipping address, and a photo of the item to hello@barefootlivingco.com to request a replacement. Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. We are unable to accept returns or issue replacements after this window.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
